



All prices at Media Initiation are fixed based on the scope of work. Quotes are issued after reviewing project details, and the quoted amount will not change unless the client requests extra work beyond the agreed scope. Any added revisions, edits, or new features will be billed separately.
A 50 percent advance is required before work begins. This payment confirms the project and is non-refundable. The remaining amount must be paid before the final files are delivered. For monthly plans, payment must be made at the start of each billing cycle.
Media Initiation does not offer unpaid trials, test edits, or sample work once the project has begun. All changes outside the agreed plan are treated as fresh tasks and charged accordingly. Prices may be updated at any time, and ongoing clients will be informed before new rates apply.
If a client delays feedback or approvals, the delivery timeline may shift. Long delays may result in a restart fee. Final files are only handed over after full payment is cleared.
This policy applies to all services including video editing, automation, chatbot setup, design services, and digital work provided by Media Initiation.
